Peking Duck

This is great as an entree or finger food during parties. I bought a whole duck from my local Chinese BBQ House, and the wrappers from an Asian grocer in the freezer section.

1 Roast Duck
Shallot
Cucumber
Hoisin Sauce
Packet Peking Duck Wrappers

Prepare shallot by slicing into 2 inch lengths. Seed cucumber and slice into 2 inch length. Steam wrappers, following instructions on packaging. On a plate place one wrapper, add shallot, and cucumber followed by slice of duck and hoisin sauce, wrap up and serve warm.
