Toasted ham, cheese & tomato sandwich, every cafe seems to have there own varation of how they create the perfect toasted sandwich.
For me it’s simple, i just want the bread to be toasted, but not dry, and not soggy from the tomato, tomato and ham to be heated through, not too much cheese on the top and lots of pepper little salt.

100 g shaved ham
2 tbsp grated tasty cheese
4 thinly sliced tomato slices
2 slices white bread
butter
salt & pepper
