		<description>Hi Linda, thanks for visiting, to get the roast pork skin really crispy. Something i usually do is to make sure the skin is dry, rub it with oil and then sea salt, which will help dry the skin to help it crackle, scoring the skin evenly will also help. Good Luck :)</description>
